Since we operate as a personal shopping service with limited-stock, curated drops, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as each item is specifically sourced for the client based on individual requests.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you and resolve the issue promptly.

All orders are dispatched within 7 days after your order is accepted and confirmed. Since we source products globally, the final delivery time may vary depending on the item, brand, country of origin, and your shipping location.
Please note that customs processing times in your country may also affect delivery. As this is handled by local authorities and outside our control, JPS PERSONAL SHOPPING will not be held liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
