All orders are dispatched within 7 days of order acceptance and confirmation.
Products are sourced from a network of trusted suppliers across the globe, which means:

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product location and destination.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will share an estimated delivery window.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the buyer's responsibility.

  • JPS PERSONAL SHOPPING is not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

At JPS PERSONAL SHOPPING, each product is individually sourced on demand for every client. Because of this personalized, client-specific sourcing model, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final unless:

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

In such rare cases, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your full order details (name, WhatsApp number, product name)

Our team will assist you promptly and guide you through the next steps.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Every item listed on our site is hand-sourced for a specific client request and not from pre-stocked inventory. This ensures exclusivity, better pricing, and access to limited products — but also means that:
